Coach, Advisor, Consultant - you name it! At its core Uuni is a coaching and leadership development company and the word Uuni in Finnish means Oven. This symbolizes the process, journey and transformation in reaching your goals as a leader and organization. Uuni's goal is to be the benchmark of leadership excellence that unlocks high performance with growth-minded leaders.

Uuni was founded in 2023 when two brothers were spending Thanksgiving together and discussing about the best corporate culture for leadership growth and innovation while the turkey was roasting in the oven. This was a culmination of years of incubation and experience in leading, training, coaching and mentoring hundreds of leaders and companies in Europe and North America towards achieving their goals.
